Wit Mart – শর্তাবলী ও নিয়মাবলী (Terms & Conditions)

Wit Mart ওয়েবসাইট বা অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলী মেনে নিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

১. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ব্যবহারকারী

• ওয়েবসাইট বা অ্যাপে সঠিক ও হালনাগাদ তথ্য প্রদান করে অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে হবে।

• অ্যাকাউন্টের গোপনীয়তা এবং পাসওয়ার্ড সুরক্ষার দায়িত্ব ব্যবহারকারীর।

২. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

• যেকোনো অর্ডার স্টকের প্রাপ্যতা এবং মূল্যের সত্যতা সাপেক্ষে গ্রহণ করা হবে।

• ভুলবশত কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য বা তথ্যে ত্রুটি থাকলে Wit Mart যেকোনো সময় সেই অর্ডার সংশোধন বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

• ডেলিভারি অপশন অনুযায়ী ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) বা অনলাইন গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করা যাবে।

৩. ডেলিভারি ও হ্যান্ডলিং

• নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে অর্ডারকৃত ঠিকানায় পণ্য ডেলিভারি দেওয়ার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করা হবে।

• প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, পরিবহন ধর্মঘট বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কোনো পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হলে গ্রাহককে অবগত করা হবে।

৪. রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও পরিবর্তন

• পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় কোনো ত্রুটি বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য পেলে সাথে সাথে ডেলিভারি পার্সন বা আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমকে জানাতে হবে।

• বিস্তারিত শর্তাবলী আমাদের Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।

৫. ফিজিক্যাল শোরুম সেবা

• শোরুমে সরাসরি এসে দেখে-শুনে কেনাকাটার সুযোগ থাকবে।

• শোরুম থেকে ক্রয়কৃত পণ্য এবং অনলাইন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি আলাদা হতে পারে।

৬. বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি (Intellectual Property)

• Wit Mart-এর লোগো, টেক্সট, গ্রাফিক্স, ডিজাইন এবং যাবতীয় কন্টেন্ট প্ল্যাটফর্মটির নিজস্ব সম্পত্তি। অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো ব্যবহার করা আইনত দণ্ডনীয়।

৭. নীতি পরিবর্তন

• Wit Mart যেকোনো সময় পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা পরিমার্জন করার অধিকার রাখে।

• All orders are subject to stock availability and price confirmation.

• Wit Mart reserves the right to cancel or modify any order in the event of clear pricing errors or stock inaccuracies.

• Payment can be completed via Cash on Delivery (COD) or authorized digital payment gateways.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and subject to third-party courier operations.

• Wit Mart is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.

4. Physical Store Purchases

• In-store purchases allow direct product inspection before payment.

• Return, refund, or exchange terms for in-store purchases may differ slightly from online order policies.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon receipt.
