উইট মার্ট (Wit Mart)-এ আমরা গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিয়ে থাকি। কোনো কারণে আমাদের পণ্য নিয়ে আপনি সন্তুষ্ট না হলে, নিচের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী পণ্যটি রিটার্ন বা পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন:

১. রিটার্নের সময়সীমা

• পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে অবশ্যই ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

• লাইফস্টাইল বা অ্যাপারেল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করার সুযোগ থাকবে।

২. রিটার্ন করার শর্তাবলী

• পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, ধোয়া হয়নি এমন এবং অরিজিনাল ট্যাগসহ থাকতে হবে।

• অরিজিনাল প্যাকেজিং এবং ইনভয়েস (রসিদ) সাথে থাকতে হবে।

• খাদ্যপণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে (যেমন: মধু বা নাট মিক্স): যদি সিল খোলা হয় বা ব্যবহার করা হয়, তবে তা রিটার্নযোগ্য হবে না। তবে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে চেক করার সময় যদি নষ্ট বা লিক পাওয়া যায়, তবে সাথে সাথেই ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।

৩. রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রসেস

• ভুল সাইজ বা ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে আমরা ফ্রিতে সেটি পরিবর্তন করে দেব।

• যদি আপনি ব্যক্তিগত কারণে পণ্যটি পরিবর্তন করতে চান (পছন্দ না হওয়া বা অন্য কোনো কারণ), তবে রিটার্ন শিপিং চার্জ আপনাকে বহন করতে হবে।

৪. রিফান্ড বা টাকা ফেরত

• রিটার্ন করা পণ্যটি আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছানোর পর যাচাই করে আমরা রিফান্ড প্রসেস শুরু করব।

• রিফান্ড সাধারণত ৭-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার বিকাশ, নগদ বা ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টে পাঠিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

• ডেলিভারি চার্জ রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয় (যদি না ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হয়)।

Return & Refund Policy (English)

At Wit Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product based on the following rules:

1. Return Timeline

• If there is any issue with the product, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving it.

• For lifestyle or apparel products, the return window is up to 7 days from the delivery date.

2. Conditions for Return

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.

• It must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.

• For Food Items (Honey, Nuts, etc.): Items are non-returnable once the seal is broken or used. However, if the product is found damaged or leaked in front of the delivery person, you can return it immediately.

3. Return & Exchange Process

• If we deliver the wrong size or a defective product, we will exchange it free of cost.

• If you wish to return/exchange a product due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund process.

• Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 working days via Bkash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the error was on our part).
